Job summary

Confidential is seeking an on-site IT Support Technician to assist end users with hardware, software, phones, printers, and AV systems. The role may involve supporting both on-site and remote users from our New York area offices.

Responsibilities include configuring desktops, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Office 365 Admin Center, Exchange, and general ticket resolution. Occasional travel to NY/NJ offices is required; nights and weekends may be needed for project coverage.

Qualifications

Formal IT training from an accredited school; certificate, associate, or bachelor’s degree.
Proficient in Windows OS and Office Suite troubleshooting.
Experience with Outlook troubleshooting; ability to manage AD/Microsoft Entra and Office 365 Admin Center tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, phones, and printers/copiers.
Install and configure hardware/software; assist with AV setup.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via email, phone or ticketing system.
Travel between NY and NJ offices for projects and coverage (infrequent).
Support on-site and remote users, including after-hours as needed.
