Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring workstation equipment.

• Responding to employee technology setup requests throughout the office.
• Providing friendly, professional customer support during desk-side visits.
• Troubleshooting basic hardware connectivity issues.
• Assisting with office technology moves and equipment deployments.
• Ensuring workstations are fully operational and ready for employee use.
