Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Help Desk experience supporting Windows 10/11.
• Experience with Active Directory user management and group policy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 support for Windows 10/11 and remote assistance.
• Document issues in the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist end users with Office applications and AD tasks.
• Escalate complex issues to IT team as needed.
