Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for our Denver facilities, helping end-users with devices, printers, and network gear while following established SOPs.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, capable independent work, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations. Experience with Windows 11, Linux, imaging, and a ticketing system is preferred, with CompTIA A+ being a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT support experience.
Experience imaging and deploying laptops, printer troubleshooting, basic networking, Windows 11 and Linux.
Experience with a ticketing system and following SOPs.
Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite end-user support for laptops, desktops, printers, and networking equipment.
Configure, image, deploy, and maintain devices per SOPs.
Resolve hardware, OS, and application issues and support onboarding.
Handle tickets and changes within SLA; participate in on-call schedule.
