Strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations and site shift schedules are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on IT support experience required.
• Experience with laptop imaging and deployment is expected.
• Printer troubleshooting and basic networking knowledge.
• Windows 11 and Linux operating systems experience.
• Experience working within a ticketing system environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and SOPs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktops.
• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
• Support user onboarding and workstation setup activities.
• Diagnose and resolve printer issues, including network printers.
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting and cabling issues.
• Respond to support tickets within SLA requirements.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
