Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site support for Operations facilities in Las Vegas. The role involves end-user device management, printer and network troubleshooting, and working within established SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on IT support, experience imaging laptops, handling printers, and supporting Windows 11 and Linux environments, plus strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT support experience.
• Laptop imaging and deployment experience.
• Printer troubleshooting and support.
• Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Windows 11 experience.
• Linux experience.
• Experience working within a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktop systems.
• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and application issues.
• Support user onboarding and workstation setup activities.
• Diagnose and resolve printer issues, including networked printers.
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting and connectivity tasks.
• Respond to service requests within SLA and follow SOPs.
