GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking a reliable PC Technician to provide onsite IT support for Operations facilities. You will image, configure, deploy laptops, troubleshoot Windows 11 and Linux, and resolve hardware and network issues on end-user devices.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently, and adherence to SLAs and SOPs. On-call rotation and site shift schedules may apply.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience imaging and deploying laptops/desktops.
• Printer troubleshooting and support experience.
• Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Linux operating systems.
• Experience working in a ticketing system environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and SOPs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktop systems.
• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application-related issues.
• Support user onboarding and workstation setup activities.
• Diagnose and resolve printer issues, including network printers.
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting and cabling issues.
• Respond to equipment failures and restore service per SOPs.
• Assist with asset management and equipment lifecycle activities.
• Work on support tickets and service requests within SLA.
• Execute Change Management activities and respond to emergent technical events.
