GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking a reliable Helpdesk Support IT to provide onsite technical support for Operations facilities. The role covers end-user computing, printers, networking equipment, and OT environments with strong troubleshooting and adherence to SOPs.

The position requires hands-on work, independence, and participation in on-call rotations and site shift schedules. Onsite work in Dundalk, MD with a customer-focused approach and proactive incident handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience imaging and deploying laptops and desktops.
• Printer troubleshooting and basic networking knowledge.
• Windows 11 and Linux environments support.
• Experience with a ticketing system and following SOPs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktops.
• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
• Support user onboarding and workstation setup.
• Diagnose and resolve printer issues, including network printers.
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting and asset management support.
• Handle tickets and requests within SLA; participate in CM processes.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
