Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience with imaging and deployment of laptops/desktops.
• Troubleshooting printers and network-connected devices.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Experience using a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktop systems.
• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
• Support user onboarding and workstation setup activities.
• Diagnose printer issues and perform basic networking troubleshooting.
• Respond to service requests within SLA and follow SOPs.
