Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking a reliable IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for Operations facilities in Denver. You will support end-user computing devices, printers, networking equipment, and OT environments while following established procedures and SLAs.

This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to participate in on-call rotations and site shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience imaging and deploying laptops and desktops.
• Printer troubleshooting and network-connected printer support.
• Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Windows 11 and Linux operating systems experience.
• Experience using a ticketing system to track requests.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktop systems.
• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
• Assist with user onboarding and workstation setup.
• Diagnose and resolve printer issues, including networked printers.
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting and cabling checks.
• Respond to service requests within SLA and participate in CM processes.
• Escalate complex issues when resolution steps are unclear or require higher-level intervention.
