Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing onsite IT/desktop support to end users.
• Strong troubleshooting for hardware, software, OS, and connectivity.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, VPN, and Azure.
• Familiarity with SCCM for endpoint management.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and field support to end users and customers.
• Install, configure, service, repair, upgrade, and maintain computer systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Support users with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Troubleshoot user accounts and access-related issues.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, VPN, Azure, and other enterprise technologies.
• Utilize SCCM for endpoint management and support activities.
• Investigate and assist with complex installation, maintenance, and technical support issues.
• Verify system functionality and operational quality following installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams or service areas for additional troubleshooting and resolution.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal support teams.
• Educate users on the proper operation and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Analyze recurring technical issues and assist with reporting on system problem trends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger onsite IT support team
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
