Job summary

A3 Staffing Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in an enterprise environment. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, install and configure desktops and peripherals, and support Office 365 apps with strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of desktop support experience, familiarity with SCCM/Intune, and solid networking basics. This full-time role offers onsite work with potential for growth and projects like office moves.

Qualifications

3+ years of Desktop Support, Help Desk, or End User Computing experience.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop and deskside support for end users.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and other business apps.
Diagnose and resolve printer, scanner, and peripheral connectivity issues.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
Image, deploy, and configure new computers using SCCM, MDT, Autopilot, or other deployment tools.
Create, update, and document incidents and service requests using an ITSM ticketing system.
Provide timely communication and outstanding customer service while meeting SLA expectations.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.
Assist with IT projects including office moves, equipment refreshes, Windows upgrades, and technology rollouts.
