This hands-on role covers desktop support, onboarding, networking, device management, and IT projects, working with the broader IT team to ensure a secure, reliable tech environment.

Candidates should have 3+ years of cross-platform experience, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years supporting Apple macOS and Microsoft Windows environments.
• 3+ years of experience with device management software.
• 2+ years supporting corporate networks and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for onsite and remote employees.
• Support macOS and Windows desktops and related apps.
• Troubleshoot basic networking and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, devices, and access.
• Support Google Workspace, Okta, and Microsoft 365.
• Assist with server maintenance and IT projects.
• Coordinate with vendors on office IT projects.
• Document IT policies, procedures, and security practices.
• Support access control and day-to-day helpdesk tickets.
