Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site field support including installation, repair, and service of IT equipment.
• Resolve software and hardware issues on Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of systems.
• Record all user information and problem details accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with part accuracy.
• Coordinate with appropriate personnel for follow-up testing.
• Liaise with customers on administrative and technical matters for projects.
