Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing technical support to external client end users in a managed services environment.
• Experience triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents related to Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and remote access such as RDS and Citrix.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki networking and managing related infrastructure.
• Automation scripting in PowerShell and Python to improve RMM alerting and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide network support across client infrastructures, configuring and maintaining Cisco Meraki solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to enhance RMM alerting and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot end-user support requests including password resets, software installs, and device setup.
• Provide onsite field support for PC deployments, hardware upgrades, and related tasks (approx. 25% field work).
• Coordinate with ISPs for network circuits activation, troubleshooting, and decommissioning.
