Job summary

MetroSys, Inc. is seeking an Onsite IT Support Technician to provide hands-on end-user support for desktop systems, office technology, networking equipment, asset lifecycle management, and local infrastructure projects within a corporate enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with users, has strong troubleshooting skills, and is comfortable supporting a wide variety of endpoint devices, office technologies, and basic network infrastructure.

Qualifications

2–5 years of Desktop Support, Field Services, or End User Computing experience.
Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and endpoint hardware.
Basic understanding of networking, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, and office infrastructure.
Experience imaging, deploying, and supporting enterprise endpoint devices.
Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to lift and install computer equipment and travel between local office locations when required.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity issues.
Provision and deprovision laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts.
