Qualifications

• Experience providing deskside and end-user support in a business setting.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and strong communication.
• Customer-focused approach to support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person desktop, laptop, monitor, and mobile device support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues for local users.
• Assist with onboarding, moves, and day-to-day break/fix activities.
• Document activities and follow ITSM processes.
• Support conference rooms, hot desk setups, and office moves.
