Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent with 2+ years in IT support.
• Experience supporting end users in-person in a business environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting across Windows and apps.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person support for desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, device and access related issues for local users.
• Support onboarding, workstation setup, user moves, and day to day break/fix activities.
• Deliver timely user updates and ensure support activities are documented through ITSM processes.
