Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year Associate degree with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Experience providing deskside/ end-user support in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach to support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person deskside support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, device and access issues; assist onboarding and moves.
• Support conference rooms and collaboration technology; assist with workstation setup and hot desk arrangements.
• Provide local smart hands assistance for infrastructure-related onsite activities; coordinate with regional/global teams for escalations.
• Conduct device lifecycle tasks including provisioning, refresh, and asset management activities.
• Maintain health, safety and security compliance and adhere to ITSM processes.
