Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. is seeking an Executive Digital Operations Technician in Houston to deliver hands‑on technology support to Executives and Assistants. You will own incidents, coordinate with global IT teams, and ensure readiness of devices, rooms, and mobility solutions.

This role requires discretion, rapid issue ownership, and a customer‑focused approach in a high‑visibility environment. Responsibilities include onsite support for devices, conferencing tech, onboarding, and day‑to‑day ITSM

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate / Technical school graduate and 2+ years relevant experience.
• Experience providing deskside or end-user support in a professional environment.
• Strong communication, discretion and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge‑level on-site technology support for Executives and Assistants.
• Own executive incidents from intake to resolution and communicate progress.
• Assist with conference room technology, displays and collaboration equipment.
• Support onboarding, workstation setup, moves, and break/fix activities.
• Maintain documentation through ITSM processes.
• Travel locally for executive meetings and events as needed.
