Job summary

Worley in Houston, TX is seeking a Digital Operations Technician to deliver hands-on support for end users and workplace technology. You will handle deskside support for devices, onboarding activities, and conference room tech, working closely with global IT teams to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.

The role requires strong independence, good communication, and a customer-focused approach, with the aim of maintaining stable and responsive IT services for the Houston site.

Qualifications

• Experience in deskside, desktop, field, or end user support within a business environment.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across Windows endpoints and peripherals.
• Experience providing in-person end-user support including onboarding and break/fix.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, device and access issues for local users.
• Support onboarding, workstation setup, user moves, and break/fix activities.
• Deliver timely user updates and document activities via ITSM processes.
• Support conference rooms and collaboration tech with basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams for escalation and smooth handling.
