• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person end-user support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, device and access issues for local users.
• Support onboarding, workstation setup, moves, and day-to-day break/fix activities.
• Support conference rooms and collaboration technology; assist with desk setups and moves.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams to ensure smooth issue escalation and service delivery.
