• 2-year Associate / Technical school graduate with 2+ years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support for desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, device and access issues for local users.
• Assist with onboarding, workstation setup, user moves, and routine break/fix activities.
• Document activities and follow ITSM processes for updates.
