Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or technical certificate with relevant experience.
• Experience deskside, desktop, or end-user support in a business environment.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and basic ITIL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person desktop, laptop, and device support for local users.
• Assist with onboarding, workstation setup, and site readiness.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues and document activities.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams to escalate and resolve incidents.
