Worley is seeking a Digital Operations Technician to provide hands-on local IT support in Reading, Pennsylvania. This role covers end-user devices, office technology, onboarding, and conference room tech while coordinating with global IT teams to deliver stable service.

The position requires strong troubleshooting, customer focus, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Full-time in-office role with emphasis on local site readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in deskside/onsite end-user support in a business environment.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across Windows endpoints and standard business apps.
• Experience providing in-person support including onboarding and break/fix.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, device and access issues for local users.
• Support new hire onboarding, workstation setup, user moves, and day-to-day break/fix activities.
• Deliver timely user updates and ensure support activities are documented via ITSM processes.
• Support conference room and collaboration technology, including basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with workstation setup, hot desk support, and office moves.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams to escalate and resolve issues.
