Braided Technologies is a managed IT services provider based in Haverhill, MA. We're hiring a full-time Onsite IT Support Technician dedicated to one of our client sites—a nonprofit human services organization in Manchester, NH.

You'll be a Braided employee working onsite five days a week, with our remote engineering team backing you on every ticket. This hands-on, people-facing role is ideal for someone who likes solving problems in person.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a helpdesk or desktop support role
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Clear, patient communication with non-technical staff
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; mileage reimbursed
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Desk-side and end-user support for staff at the client site
• Hardware setup and troubleshooting: workstations, printers, peripherals
• Asset deployment, recovery, and inventory tracking
• Onboarding and offboarding support (equipment, accounts, workspace setup)
• Meeting room and AV setup
• Desk phones and related equipment support; coordinate with client vendors
• Escalate complex issues to Braided's remote engineering team and see them through
