Easterseals NH & VT in Manchester, NH is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to maintain agency technology, diagnose system problems, and provide escalated support for computers, printers, and peripherals. This on-site role requires collaborating with IT staff and adhering to security policies.

Qualifications

• 7 years of IT Support/Help Desk experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Administrative and customer service experience in IT environments.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interviewing support technicians.
• Assist with managing and reporting on key metrics.
• Support IT Leadership on strategic projects and operational alignment.
• Manage user account requests and ensure timely, compliant provisioning.
