Job summary

Easterseals NH & VT in Manchester, NH seeks a Senior IT Support Technician to maintain agency technology, diagnose hardware and software issues, and provide escalated support for computers, printers, and related equipment.

This full‑time onsite role partners with the IT Leadership Team on strategic projects, manages Azure AD tasks, and supports vendors, training, and IT procurement to keep operations secure and efficient.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent required.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Seven years of IT Support/Help Desk experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Two years of mobile device management experience (tablets).
• Proficient in PC environments and business applications across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
• Strong communication, organization, and procurement processing skills.
• Experience with hosted VoIP and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interviewing process of support technicians.
• Assist with managing and reporting on key metrics.
• Support IT Leadership Team on strategic projects and operational alignment.
• Support IT Purchasing Agent with user account requests and separations.
• Ensure accounts are verified and compliant with IT/security policies.
• Manage Azure Active Directory tasks, MFA, and device management.
• Support web filtering applications and resolve issues.
• Provide A/V support with Zoom Rooms, MS Teams.
• Track and update service requests through lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors and assist with procurement procedures.
