Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies is seeking an IT Support Technician I to deliver front-line support for employees, both onsite and remote, handling hardware, software, and workplace technologies.

You will troubleshoot, document in ITSM, assist with workstation deployments, onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to knowledge base improvements, with strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of related IT support experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to help others.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and ask questions when clarification is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line end-user support for onsite and remote employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support Mac and Windows workstations and Microsoft 365.
• Document work in the IT service management system and escalate when needed.
• Assist with workstation deployments, onboarding/offboarding, and inventory management.
• Contribute to support documentation and process improvements.
