Job summary

Astreya is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to provide onsite break/fix and deployment support for laptops, rugged factory devices, printers, scanners, and conference room A/V systems in office and factory environments.

You will handle incidents via ITSM, use SCCM, Nexthink for endpoint visibility, and apply Windows and basic network troubleshooting to restore services quickly in High Point, NC. This role is full-time and on-site, with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on onsite support for laptops/desktops and rugged factory devices.
• Handle printer and conference room A/V system support.
• Monitor ticket queues and route tickets through ITSM tools.
• Perform incident management and RCA for major incidents.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Use SCCM, IT Shop, and Nexthink for endpoint visibility and efficiency.
• Apply Windows troubleshooting and basic network diagnostics to restore services.
