Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract IT Support Specialist to provide predominantly phone and remote support for 1700+ users in a high-demand environment in New York. The role requires onsite work for the first six months at 66 Hudson Blvd, Hudson Yards, with a potential move to hybrid thereafter.

Typical hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 35 hours per week. You will troubleshoot Windows 11, AD, MS Office, Outlook, Citrix, VPN, mobile devices, MDM, Intune, Zoom and iManage, with Ivanti ITSM handling

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Expert level experience
• Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide mostly phone/remote support for 1700+ users with issues related to Windows 11, AD, MS Office, Outlook, Citrix, VPN, mobile devices, MDM, Intune, Zoom and iManage.
• Onsite support limited to floor/desktop as needed.
• Work a 35-hour week with onsite requirement for first six months.
