Job summary

Net at Work is seeking an Internal IT Support Specialist to join our fast-paced team in NYC. You will provide end-user support across the organization, handle on-site and remote incidents, manage accounts in AD/Azure AD, and install and troubleshoot typical collaboration tools.

A strong background in Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365 is essential. You will work with our Internal IT Team to maintain documentation, onboard/offboard employees, and optimize support processes while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of end-user technical support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android devices.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AD/Entra ID.
• Cybersecurity basics, antivirus/EDR familiarity.
• On-site NYC support and remote assistance capability.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support in NYC and remote help to employees.
• Support Windows laptops, workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
• Respond to tickets promptly with professional service.
• Manage accounts, groups, permissions in AD/Azure AD.
• Assist onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes.
• Install and troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office apps.
• Document procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Escalate complex issues to infrastructure or vendors when needed.
• Ensure high end-user satisfaction and proactive service mindset.
• Participate in IT department meetings and process improvements.
