Job summary

IPC Systems in New York, NY seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide advanced Level 2 technical support for a global workforce. This onsite role requires hands-on troubleshooting, rapid incident resolution, and collaboration with IT and vendors to ensure secure and reliable service.

The position emphasizes Windows, M365, Intune, and security tooling, with frontline and escalated support delivered through multiple channels. Five days onsite in New York is required.

Qualifications

• The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Level 2 service desk or desktop support in a corporate setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, hardware, software, and mobility devices.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Intune, AD, Defender, DLP, and related security tools.
• Ability to document incidents clearly and work with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Level 2 escalation point for complex incidents and requests.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows, M365, endpoint, and connectivity issues.
• Deploy, image, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and external vendors to restore service.
• Maintain knowledge articles and support documentation for ongoing improvements.
