Job summary

TEKsystems in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to deliver on-site and remote end-user support for Windows and Mac computers, mobile devices, AV gear, and collaboration tools. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain devices, and ensure reliable connectivity and user productivity.

This contract role requires excellent communication, ITIL-aligned practices, and experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing Desktop Support, Technical Support, or IT Support experience.
• Strong experience supporting Windows and Mac environments.
• Hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support via phone, email, chat, video conferencing, and in-person interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues for end users.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support Windows and Mac desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
