Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking IT Support Specialists to provide frontline IT support at the Santa Monica Studio in Los Angeles. This 5–6 week onsite assignment requires hands-on, customer-focused technicians who can jump in quickly to keep users productive.

Responsibilities include resolving endpoint hardware and software issues, handling high-volume tickets, and supporting device deployments with clear, user-focused communication. W2, no sponsorship, 40–50 USD/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience providing frontline IT support for end-user devices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for endpoint hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related equipment.
• Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a fast-paced environment.
• Support device deployments, swaps, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with end users and provide excellent customer service.
• Execute assigned tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
