Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking an IT Support specialist for a short-term 30-day contract onsite in Sunnyvale, CA. You will provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, Jira Service Desk, Slack, and in person, and troubleshoot Mac and PC devices.

Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN configurations, Cisco Meraki devices, conference room tech, and onboarding new staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience
• Experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, Jira, Slack, and in person
• Troubleshoot Mac and PC laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Diagnose software issues across Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Configure VPN access and assist remote workers
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user accounts
• Set up hardware and accounts for new employees
• Maintain IT asset inventory and document procedures
