Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in Playa Vista, CA seeks a Studio IT Support Specialist to provide frontline IT helpdesk support for internal teams, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain productive relationships with users.

The role is predominantly in-person with on-call rotation; you will work with Windows, macOS/Linux where applicable, and collaborate with cross-functional production teams to ensure reliable technology and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in helpdesk-style IT support for internal users.
• Strong Windows OS knowledge and software troubleshooting.
• Familiar with production software suites (Adobe, Maya, Zbrush, Visual Studio).

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk-level coverage for internal clients and troubleshoot requests.
• Resolve desktop, laptop, and network issues; escalate when needed.
• Develop and follow standard operating procedures for IT support.
• Perform first/second level support for workstation and mobile systems.
• Maintain documentation and proactive incident resolution with users.
