Job summary

We are seeking an Associate Analyst, IT Support to join our onsite IT team in San Diego. This is a 6-month assignment with potential extension, Monday–Friday, roughly 7:30 AM–4:30 PM PST.

You will deploy, receive, ship, and reclaim computers and other technology equipment while providing walk-up and general IT support to employees. The role emphasizes hands-on IT equipment management, customer service, and collaboration with the IT team on projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with computers and IT equipment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support IT hardware for new employees.
• Receive, process, and reclaim IT equipment from departing employees.
• Package and ship IT equipment to locations across the organization.
• Provide onsite walk-up and general IT support.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS-related hardware and software issues.
• Triage and prioritize support requests while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate handling and processing of IT equipment.
• Support day-to-day onsite IT operations.
• Collaborate with IT team members on projects and operational activities.
• Perform additional IT support responsibilities as needed.
