Yoh Services LLC in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a short-term 30-day, on-site contract. You will provide first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, Jira, Slack, and in person, and you will troubleshoot Mac and Windows devices.

The role involves VPN setup, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, Cisco Meraki networking, Jira/Confluence, GitHub access, and Dropbox permissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT support or helpdesk.
• Experience supporting Mac and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, Jira, Slack, and in person.
• Troubleshoot Mac and Windows devices and software issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections and remote access.
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 users and licenses.
• Administer Cisco Meraki networking equipment and Wi‑Fi.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and IT inventory management.
• Maintain documentation and support dashboards in Jira/Confluence.
