Job summary

Prosum is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver end-user technical support for internal staff in Tampa, onsite. This 6-month contract role focuses on providing Tier 1–2 help desk support, provisioning laptops, identity access management, and maintaining ITSM workflows to meet SLAs.

The ideal candidate will support macOS and Windows, manage Jamf Pro and Intune, and work with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft 365, aligning with security standards and asset management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in enterprise IT support/Help Desk or End User Services.
• Proficient in macOS and Windows with corporate network experience.
• Hands-on with identity platforms (Okta, Active Directory) and MDM (Jamf Pro, Intune).
• Experience managing cloud tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira/Confluence).
• Strong analytical Troubleshooting with a methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and OS across global offices and remote setups.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding including laptop provisioning and identity lifecycle access (Okta, AD).
• Maintain ITSM ticket queues (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow) with SLA targets.
• Troubleshoot productivity tools and SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365).
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and InfoSec to deploy patches and enforce endpoint compliance.
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate repairs, warranties, and refreshes.
• Draft and update self-service knowledge base and SOPs.
