Job summary

SRS Real Estate Partners is seeking a reliable Onsite Desktop Support / Helpdesk Technician for our Tampa office. You will be the go-to for day-to-day tech support, troubleshooting issues, setting up devices, and helping end users navigate technology confidently.

You will support Windows and macOS environments, manage devices, and collaborate with the corporate IT team to uphold security and backup protocols. This full-time role requires a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a desktop support or helpdesk role.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience supporting executives and handling confidential information is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support—onsite, phone, email, or ticketing.
• Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VoIP phones, printers, and conference room systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS.
• Set up and maintain workstations, OS imaging, patching, and peripherals.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and escalated tickets.
• Maintain records of IT assets and configurations.
• Support data backup integrity and compliance with IT policies.
• Provide basic AV support for meetings and hybrid setups.
• Participate in IT projects like upgrades and office moves.
