Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking an IT Support Specialist on-site at its Headquarters to deliver day-to-day IT support, ensure staff productivity, and onboard new hires from day one.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support, familiarity with Windows/Linux, networking, scripting, and AD/GP knowledge; some cloud/ IaC experience is a plus. This role may require varied shifts and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Windows or Linux desktops and PC hardware.
• Networking basics and troubleshooting skills.
• Scripting language and AD/GP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and ensure staff productivity.
• Track and update incident, request, and change tickets.
• Onboard new hires and ensure they are set up quickly.
• Participate in continuous improvement of IT services and processes.
• May work varied shifts and on-call as needed.
