Job summary

Ledgent Technology in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the onsite team. The role covers planning, design, and deployment of computer systems, troubleshooting, training users, and maintaining hardware and software across the organization.

Requirements include 2+ years in IT support, an Associate degree or equivalent, and CompTIA A+ preferred. Proficiency in Windows (10/11), Mac OS X, iOS/Android, and basic networking; Vista by Viewpoint is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of training, experience and certifications.
• CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of Vista by Viewpoint preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating system (Windows 10/11) and Mac OS X.

Responsibilities

• Install and support business applications.
• Maintain/update hardware inventory to comply with asset management standards.
• Handle incoming IT service requests (phone, email, walk-in) to ensure inquiries are addressed quickly.
• Support printers, fax, copiers, and multifunction devices.
• Troubleshoot, install, patch, and upgrade computer systems.
• Physically deploy computer systems, monitors, printers, and peripherals for smooth operations.
• Train users on hardware/software use to maintain efficiency.
• Assist with maintenance of company phone systems and cell phones.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
