This onsite, direct-hire role may require travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 1-3 years in desktop or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience with iOS and Android devices.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, and device support for end users.
• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and maintain workstation hardware and software.
• Deploy computers, monitors, printers, and related equipment.
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset records.
• Support printers, copiers, phones, and mobile devices.
• Deliver user training on software and hardware.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Travel to support multiple locations as needed.
