Job summary

Prosum is seeking an IT Support Technician to work on-site in Gilbert, AZ, on a 6-month contract to hire basis. The chosen candidate will provide Tier 1–2 support for Windows and macOS endpoints, maintain IT asset inventory, and support Microsoft 365 applications.

The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator, comfortable with high-level executive engagement, and proactive in demonstrating good judgment and collaboration.

Qualifications

We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician to work on site in Gilbert, AZ on a 6-month contract to hire basis.

• Provide Tier 1–2 support for Windows and macOS endpoints, with a balance of technical execution and interpersonal presence
• Provide Tier 1–2 support for Windows and macOS endpoints
• Hands‑on and willing to perform technical support tasks (e.g., imaging laptops)
• Maintain and manage the organization’s IT asset inventory including hardware, software, and licenses
• Support Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Strong communicator who follows instructions well and executes tasks consistently
• Comfortable engaging with executives and not hesitant in high‑visibility interactions
• Able to confidently bring completed work to executives and answer follow‑up questions
• Proactive about asking for help when needed, demonstrating good judgment and collaboration
