Job summary

Talon Professional Services is seeking a deskside technician for full-time, on-site support in a dynamic corporate environment. You will provide hands-on hardware/software support for Mac and Windows, assist with mobile devices, printers, scanners, and VPN connections, and perform IMAC tasks across multiple client locations.

Ideal candidates have experience with Mac OS, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office, strong troubleshooting skills, and fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong troubleshooting for desktop/laptop hardware and software.
• Familiarity with network support, printers, scanners and wireless configurations.
• English and Spanish skills preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual setup tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for desktops and laptops (Mac and Windows).
• Assist users with mobile devices, printers, scanners, and VPN connections.
• Perform IMAC tasks: installations, moves, adds, changes of IT equipment.
• Maintain and repair IT assets; manage inventory and asset audits.
• Research, diagnose and resolve technical issues with detailed records.
• Support backup, data migration and restoration processes.
• Deliver Smart Hands services including networking, server and telecom support.
• Be available for after-hours support across multiple client locations.
