Ledgent Technology in Grants Pass, OR is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. The role focuses on providing Tier II/III technical support across infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technologies to maintain a secure, reliable, and highly available environment.

The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft tech background, server administration, networking, cloud services, and excellent troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
3+ years of experience supporting Windows-based environments.
Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier II/Tier III technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, and permissions.
Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Entra ID.
Manage Cisco network infrastructure and email/web security.
Support desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices; assist with backups and DR.
Document issues, resolutions, and changes; escalate when needed.
Travel between local offices for installations and maintenance.
