The role emphasizes hands-on hardware, software, and network troubleshooting within a large enterprise environment, with daily on-site duties and customer-focused service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Office 365, AD, and Exchange, and proven communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent IT support/troubleshooting in Windows, MAC, and Office environments.
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service IT support role.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows server and desktop OS, plus Active Directory and Exchange.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level incident identification and escalation following IT procedures.
• Document work in ticketing system and coordinate with IT teams.
• Assist in end-user training and knowledgebase creation.
• Support desk operations during 24x7 shifts, including holidays as required.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
