Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems across multiple operating systems.
• Effective communication with end users and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Repair and diagnose PC hardware, laptops and peripherals.
• Monitor and update internal trouble ticket system.
• Answer Help Desk phones courteously.
• Monitor emails and voicemails.
• Provide technical support for PC hardware and other IT peripherals.
• Install, troubleshoot, and administer Windows, Mac, and Linux hardware and software.
• Provide high-level support for applications.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve equipment failures.
• Draft procedures to improve computer operations and processes.
