Ascendion is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support to end users across multiple business divisions. The ideal candidate will support Windows PCs, Macs, mobile devices, and enterprise IT environments, delivering strong troubleshooting and customer service.

This onsite role in New York, NY 10011 requires service desk ticket management, collaboration with IT colleagues, and escalation of complex issues to proper teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience supporting Windows operating systems.
• 1+ year of experience supporting macOS.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
• Handle service desk calls, manage support tickets, and resolve technical issues within established service levels.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and site leadership to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Provide backup support to team members and assist with cross-functional IT activities.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
